National Cybersecurity Forum 2026

“Building Trust and Cyber Resilience Through Security by Design.” Aligned with the Global Cybersecurity Awareness Campaign 2026 theme, “Navigating Trust in an AI World.”

The Forum provides a national platform for advancing cybersecurity knowledge, strengthening trust, enhancing cyber resilience, and fostering collaboration among government, academia, industry, civil society, and international partners. It also promotes research and innovation that support evidence-based policymaking, strengthen national cybersecurity capabilities, and contribute to Somalia’s secure and resilient digital future. Cybersecurity professionals, researchers, academics, policymakers, practitioners, postgraduate students, and industry experts are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers that present innovative solutions, empirical findings, practical experiences, and policy recommendations aligned with the Forum theme.
