About the Forum

The 4th National Cybersecurity Forum — jointly organized by the National Communications Authority (NCA) and Mogadishu University (MU) to strengthen Somalia’s cybersecurity resilience.

Who We Are

Strengthening Somalia’s cybersecurity resilience

The Somalia National Cybersecurity Forum is an annual event organized by the National Communications Authority (NCA) and Mogadishu University (MU) to strengthen the country’s cybersecurity resilience. It brings together stakeholders from government institutions, telecom and technology companies, ISPs, banks, academia, and civil society to build partnerships and share knowledge.

The Forum also forms a core component of NCA’s nationwide cybersecurity awareness campaign, aimed at enhancing digital safety and protecting the Somali internet community. It invites cybersecurity professionals, experts, policymakers, and researchers to contribute and submit research papers that align with the Forum’s theme and strategic priorities — supporting evidence-based solutions and practical recommendations for Somalia’s digital ecosystem.
